Fresh mushrooms loose flavour when rinsed with water - dirt and soil should be brushed or cut off. This handy mushroom brush in oiled birch and horsehair effectively removes dirt and debris without damaging the mushroom.

The brush also works great as a bread baking brush which moulds with small and detailed patterns as the round shape makes it small and convenient.
